All customers are fully liable for the due diligence and research they carry out on intended use of the products we carry. By purchasing from Kaizen Kratom you agree to hold the website harmless from any issue that may arise from the use or handling of our products. From the moment the intended recipient of an order receives the product, the hold harmless clause goes into effect. Additionally, we are not responsible for any third-party handling of the product(s). The intended recipient is the person who receives the product at the shipping address that the customer supplies in their order details.

Legal Waiver

By purchasing our products, you understand that there may be various legalities between states and counties. While this website keeps up with laws and legislation, we cannot guarantee the information is 100% up to date. The customer is liable for their purchase and the due diligence of knowing the laws in their area. We will not be held responsible for any use of our products in which the customer orders to or travels to.

Referral Program

Users may be paid for anyone they refer to buy Kaizen Kratom products. Only one referrer may get credit per referee. To be eligible to refer buyers to Kaizen Kratom products, you must sign up for an account and sign up for the referral program

To use the referral program, you agree that you will not engage in any fraud, you will not represent products contrary to how they are represented on, and you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Kaizen Kratom may kick you out of the referral program for any legal violations, misrepresentation of the product, or poor representation of the company.

We lab test and personally test all of our products to ensure top-notch quality & consistency. We guarantee our product’s effectiveness with a 30-day quality pledge. If your product is not top quality or you are dissatisfied for any reason, we’ll send you a full refund or a suitable replacement, whichever you prefer.

Shipping Information

General Shipping Policies

We strive to ship every order within 1 business day; however, this is not guaranteed and may vary on product releases, promotions, or due to major unforeseen events.

Shipping delivery time varies depending on the method, destination, and shipping provider. We normally fulfill through USPS, which has estimated ship times nationally and globally; however, we do NOT guarantee that USPS will deliver within their expected timeline.

When you place an order an email confirmation is sent to you, followed by a shipping email when your order is shipped that includes tracking information. Please note that usually tracking information does not show until 24-48 hours after the shipping provider has scanned your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. We recommend the following:

  • Track the provided tracking information on the day of delivery to receive the package in-person at time of delivery.
  • Check with neighbors if a package is not delivered to you but is marked delivered.
  • Put in a claim with your local post office if you are unable to locate your package.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, inability to deliver, or other “Return to Sender” issue, we will contact you about reshipping or refunding the order.

Please double check your address at checkout!! We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered. However, if you input the correct address and we mis-shipped it, we will happily make it right.


Although we do our very best to achieve 100% accuracy, we are a small team that is working very hard to provide the best quality products on the market, and occasionally shipping mistakes can occur! If we send you the wrong product, miss a product, send to the wrong address, or make another mistake, please contact us and send us an image with the mistake if at all possible, and we will do our best to make everything right.
